I have one plec that's kept safe and used occasionally. Its a pukka used by Ritchie Blackmore one, tortoiseshell made by Pickboy of Japan in the '70s. My now late friend Dawk gave it to me when I met him. Everyday I use a Fender "home plate" pick which is a similar shape but even they're getting hard to come by. Found a few a while ago and bought the lot!

I have a mould tool that makes plectrums, I shall have to take it to work and get some more made up.

Morning, damp here, been wet overnight. See so much rain expected in the south later that the British Motorcycle GP at Silverstone is going to take place 90 minutes earlier than planned.

Hmm . . . . made a red Thai chicken curry but somethings not right with it, slightly strange taste. I can see the sauce going down the drain, the girls getting the washed chicken and me phoning the Chinese!
