Default MK2 wood wheel-N'hants meet

Hi,I have a Smokestone wood steering wheel off a 01\09\2004 model,it was listed as Walnut but it is too light for my MK1 Connie,it is not light oak was there a dark oak?I would like to change it for a dark Walnut in Sandstone which must be off MK1.I will be at the Northampton meeting on Sunday and I'll bring it along to compare.Regards Ry.....

I have the same issue, but my wheel has had some serious leather work done to match the MG style of my interior. So now have MG wooden wheel with black leather! Really pleased with it, but would like a more rich deep walnut grained wooden bit! It only took me a year to acquire a wood wheel that was affordable!
See you at the meeting Richard& don't forget to bring some change for the parking meter £3 for the day.
Cheers John H.
