Default Holes in the Forum.

This is a thread that really should be in social but, not for a little while I hope.
This year has been a terrible one for many, celebrities known to the World have left us, some far too young as in all walks of life, they too have families with a loss to bear this turning of the new year.
This little corner of the motoring world may not be a worldwide name but, it's essentially a family of sorts and, it's had its share of `Celebrity` losses this year. To them, their families and the rest of us that are still riding our luck, I raise a glass. The Holes in the Forum will not easily be filled.
Cheers!

Use by date expired... now moved to where it should have been posted

Thread moved to a more appropriate forum. Re-direct left in old. This may be the better forum as threads get ‘lost’ very quickly in the General Forum.

Couldn't have said it better, although I would like to stress the word family. We lost two last year (one yesterday of all days, hoping to have one last blow out with the whole family) so I share the pain of many. A glass was raised and a moment of thought for everyone who we have lost and those who have lost.

New Years aren't usually a celebrated time with us (usually the most overrated night of the year) but this one has been a little different even though it should have ended on a celebration of life and happiness.

Here's to 2017, I hope presents a fresh start for everyone

I found Christmas Day and Boxing Day really hard, but raised a glass to my late dad at Christmas dinner, last night was hard too, here's to a better 2017
