Rear light seals done.
My Bilt Hamber Dynax S-50 Aerosols arrived today. Only ordered yesterday so brilliant service. Dynax S-50 is my favourite cavity wax if only because it comes in large 750 ml aerosols and is clean and easy to use with clip on probes supplied. Does a good job too. Harry |

well after waiting for all the parts I ordered to arrive I have finally replaced the CHRA in my shot turbo, and given the old girl a full service including belts.
she now runs like a dream. Just the front disc's & pads to do. the problem is, do I keep the old girl after doing all this major work or sell her now before anything else give up the ghost.

Why spend all that money on it, then give someone else the benefit?

The 75 Tourer received today:
2x Rear springs, as one broken. 2x Rear shocks, as I was there and don't want to do this again. 2x Rear wheel bearings, to sort ABS fault, one was seized onto the mounting. Scrubbed up backplates to remove rust, mine are hanging in there. 2x Rear discs, shoes and pads. Looks spiffing, but I resisted the urge to paint brake mounts red. Also found a leak in the rear of the sunroof drains I assume. I was wondering where water in wheel well was coming from. Now sealed with some silicone. One full day. I am knackered. Thanks to podge for springs how to, I took the tip of ordering replacement locking nuts before starting the job. One of my roll bar drop links rubber seal has cracked. I assume MOT failure but looks ok. Hope they don't notice. Lots of rust under the old girl. |

Quiet Sunday morning, went for a drive to Louth for no other reason than to have a drive. 33 miles round trip A16 to myself.
My big 2.5 V6 is more like a mini when parked next to that BMW which was a 750 iL V12 Harry |
