Default exhaust

hello I have a rover 75 with a 1.8 saloon the flexi joint has gone.
the whole exhaust system looks like it is in one piece no joints ????
the od of the pipe after the flexi joint is 60mm and before flex it is 52mm.

It CANT COME IN ONE PIECE CAN IT FROM MANIFOLD TO TAIL PIPE?

I believe that they did originally, however, you can fit a new back box, by cutting the original pipe!

New flexi pieces available

Just get them welded in
Do NOT be tempted to use the clamps

Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block

Mine has just had a back box on and the original system is 15 years old!
