Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Morning all, Sunny skies & windy here albeit lots of standing water from last nights rain. Off to get a pneumonia jab later this morning.

Morning all.

I think I'm missing out as I don't have a rubber duck .

Yesterday was weird with the weather. Had a great walk in the morning as we were joined by a couple of younger guide dog puppies who had the most brilliant time - a new environment so properly bonkers . Later on it was wet with some wet and then some more wet . This morning it's bright and sunny.

SWMBO has some "jobs" to be looked at today so that's me sorted then.

Take care everyone.

Morning, not the best start to the day, greeted with all the doors on the barns open this morning, turns out they had the locks ripped off during the night, not sure of anything is missing yet as they have had a good look through all of my tools.

Andy, that is so annoying …. The pond life so and so’s

I am sorry you are having to go through this. Now you will have the expense and have to find the energy and money to beef up security and carry out repairs to the doors. Have you thought about getting a CCTV or fake camera put in as a deterrent?

Bit of an ongoing incident in Leith Docks a few miles west of here. A research ship in the dry dock has tipped off its cradle in high winds. Number and extent of any injuries currently unknown.

Blimey!!! That's at a jaunty angle I remember going to Leith docks regular in the 1980's, Is it one of the Leith docks that has a sunken ship in one? I'm sure I recall one of the dock workers saying it was a cargo ship full of rice or did I dream it?

Sorry to hear that the lowlifes have paid you a visit Andy, Nicking a chaps tools is Sacrilege

25 maintenance workers injured, 15 taken to hospital. Local NHS is advising people to stay away from A&E at the Royal Infirmary unless its a genuine emergency. Ship has an interesting history. It was used to find wrecks and war graves and located the USS Indianapolis 18,000 feet (5.5km!) under the Philippine Sea.

Don't know anything about a sunken ship in one of the docks Ian.

Thieving scum.

Sorry to hear this Andy. Hope there's not much gone missing but that's not much consolation for all the hassle.
