You’re right there! It was red hot in the Metrocentre and we came out it was a lot colder, it’s supposed to be wet every day next week.

Good morning all, morning Andy

That looks like fun and useful. The family have one for going up the mountain in the Western Cape in South Africa to check on things on the family farm.

How is life?

Good morning all,

Yesterday I asked one of the farm hands to wash and clean the car inside and out. He did an excellent job and left the car looking as though it had just come out of the show room, so I thanked him and gave him a good tip with a nice cup of tea and biscuits.

The local car wash charges £3 for “Inside and Out” and I wonder how can they possibly make a living out of it.

A bit cooler today at 28C and cloudy with a chance of rain.

Essential shopping this morning.

What is everyone up to?

Morning Phil, our local Car wash charges £20 for wash ,polish and hoover inside and £25 for the 4X4,they do a good job and its worth the money, and it leaves me more time to wash the big white elephant (Caravan).

Sausage making day! I've made my sausage meat from belly pork & pork shoulder through the mincer, Rusk mixed with herbs, salt pepper & cider & leek.
Got some natural hog casing soaking in cold water so I should either have half decent or mangled shaped sausages if I finish that bottle of cider off
