Try unplugging it and see if it's any better, when unplugged the car goes to it's default setting so it wont do any harm for a few days..

If the fault is the maf then a new one should sort it..

Have a search under "Synergy2 tuner" you may want to fit one..

With the MAF unplugged and assuming the MAF to be the cause, the car should then drive perfectly - thus confirming the MAF to be faulty.

If it is, consider buying the much cheaper Peirburg MAF - but is will need a Synergy to enable it to work with the car. If staying with the OEM Bosch, yu need to make sure you do get an OEM Bosch. There are lots of cheap Bosch Maf's around, supoosed to be compatable, but aren't and lots of imported copies of the MAF.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
