Default Alternator

Hi all, just had the alternator replaced today, the usual 'charge fault' issue.
I've just noticed upon switching off, the ABS light flickers faintly and goes out, occasionally the airbag light blinks and goes out before taking the key out. Job has been done at an X-part service agent so i'm confident the parts are legit. Should i be worried? Could it be an earth fault? There's no warning lights on when the engine is running, and no messages coming up on the IPK. Any ideas welcomed. Car is a 75 Cdti 131ps btw
