Default One good - one bad!

Got the 2.5 serviced last week and asked them to check the thermostat housing due to water loss and that lovely, lingering smell of coolant each time I was under the bonnet. Sure enough, took the cover off and a very obvious sign of water pooling in the V. So, new housing, hoses etc. Strangely, the fab now doesn't come on so often and I don't have to top the expansion chamber up every few days. Hurray!

HOWEVER, I have also had troble with the drivers window - wouldn't go down. Used a friends T4 and found that the motor was fine, so used the instructions from this site to clean the circuit board in the switch assembly. The instructions are great - Thanks! The window worked - for a day. Now I just about have to push my finger right through the thing to get it to work.

Perhaps I need a whole new circuit board? Or is there something I may have missed???
