Default filling with fuel problems

Does anyone have an answer to my little problem each time I fill with diesel it takes an eternity the pump constantly keeps stopping I have to resort to a trickle takes forever to put 30 quid in ????.

Is this at all filling stations or do you use the same one/same pump always?

It's simply the delivery rate of the pumps. I think there is some regulation regarding this, but many seem very high.

i just pull the nozzle out a little bit as this sometimes helps
