Morning Jeff and any other early risers. I'm on the "not quite as daft o'clock" school run this morning. Looks like a grand day in prospect - totally clear sky, no wind, sun just about to emerge from behind the Eastern moors. There has been a heavy dew overnight - close to frost I think - so a warm coat needed methinks.
As Jimmy Young used to say - 'ttfn'

Wow - I think we're in for a hot one today. Just walked a mile and a half uphill with the rising sun in my face - now sweating like the proverbial

Blimey! how standards have changed! My sister got a reply back from Llandudno council about the state of that hotel & said there's nothing we can do about the bed bugs or the overall cleanliness of the place .

The only thing they could take them to task over was that the 3rd & 4th floor rooms were occupied by people in excess of 70 years old with no working lift.

We used to have a nit nurse in school back in the day where you were combed for nits & if any were found you got a daub of iodine on your head

Afternoon all, Cracking sunny day here, shirt off weather in fact. I've been pulling some of the tomato plants out of the greenhouse as they're more or less done for the season and I've been told the windows need cleaning duties inside the conservatory, too hot in there for that malarkey So I'm giving the side gate a red cedar wood stain with a cold bottle of Henry Weston.
