Default Electrical Problem

I went to switch on my wipers and open a window and neither are working. Any ideas would be welcome.

No FBH fitted to the car, Brian, the same thing happened a short while ago with the electric windows only, as it wasn't raining so no need for the wipers, yet the following day they worked as normal and have been fine until today. I have no idea what the K-Bus is so that is a new one on me. Appreciate your help though.

I will have a check tomorrow but mine is protected from leaves etc by foam and has kept the chamber dry for six years.
