Any one know were i can get a new radiator for a 2.0 v6 auto. All the ones i have found are for a manual. cant find one even on rimmers mind you half the the time i cant find what i want on that site

All models of 75/ZT use the same radiator, so Rimmer doesn't differentiate between petrol engines/transmission. The diesel uses the same radiator as petrol and it's currently listed Part Number is PPC000961P

Whenever I have had an automatic car I have installed an external transmission cooler - either in series with the cooler incorporated in the radiator or fully bypassing the in-radiator cooler. I bypassed the in-radiator cooler in an Infiniti Q45 when the transmission had approx 100,000 kms on it. It needed a km or 2 driving when cold to warm the transmission fluid enough to engage 4th gear (safety lockout for cold transmission protection). With fluid flushes every other year that transmission was still perfect when I sold the car with 360,000 kms on it and that was behind a 330 hp V8.

My point is I would rather use an external cooler anyway, so putting a manual transmission radiator in my car would not bother me in the slightest. Might even be cheaper to buy. Transmission coolers are not that expensive and easy to install.

Are the transmission cooler inlet/outlet fittings on the bottom of the right tank in the picture?

that rad is upside down. the cooler lines go in the passenger side of the rad in to what look like a ally block near the bottom. cant see how the same rad can be used for both.

Thanks. The drawings have the rad right the way up. So, the radiators are all automatic transmission configured.

the auto cooler is a separate cooler. my fault need a new brain as well as new rad
