I know Chris Flanagan converted a MG6 into an automatic using parts from a Rover 75 auto. Chris was commissioned to do the job by Summit Garage.

This system from Italy keeps the pedal but it’s actuated for you so a kind of semi automatic. It’s a nice bit of kit.
