Anyone near Lincoln?

Hi

I won a printer on the bay, buyer to collect. I had messaged the seller asking if I could pick-up mid September via a short detour (original route was A17 via Sleaford/Newark) anyway seller said yes so I bid & won.

Seller is now being difficult about collection

,

Is anyone near Lincoln who is prepared to collect the printer for me (before Saturday?) & I collect from you Saturday morning??

Thanks for asking, but no.

Despite 10 messages to the seller, nothing appeared acceptable so in the end I had to get ebay involved & cancel the purchase. The seller did help in that they re-listed the printer before I contacted Ebay & before the 13th the day agreed for collection.
Note: relisting had a higher starting value!!

It was an Epson wf2540.

It was intended as a replacement for my sons printer, he lives in Buxton, same location as daughters uni. He had broken his, so this was to replace his.
We managed to repair his on the day while we were there so ended up not needing it anyway, but didn't now this at the time.
