That's interesting Phil. I fully understand I need to take statins, the heart attack was caused by a lump of cholesterol breaking free from somewhere and ending up where it could do the most harm! However, the side effects are unbearable once they build up, I have several of them giving me grief but the worst are insomnia, muscle pain and stiffness. Mornings are hell with the muscle pain, usually wears off after a while and getting tanked up on paracetamol but I got up at 07:30, its now 10:30 and I'm still not right.

A very good morning Lilian and Derek. just got back from shopping, nothing much. today I might play around with the cars, tomorrow we may take a ride out to a National Trust Property.

One more week before we see you both again, all of us have time on our hands so might be an idea for a midweek lunch session somewhere.
