That looks a bargain!

Good video quality.

One of my cameras is playing up, might have to invest in one of those.

Can't argue with that opinion, if you hit Read all my reviews, he seems to have tried every video camera on offer and criticises every one!

only issue with the dash cam is in the video in the link above @ 9 mins in you can see how badly it performs in sunlight, enough to put me off it also the sound, he said he had to boost it to 400% to get it audible

totally agree with you about the volume/sound issues, BUT, when your showing the video evidence to your rarely seen police officer/insurance person etc, its the footage which will sway it, and lets face it, if your in an accident, you will probably be swearing and cursing anyway, and the interested parties wont want to hear you ............................

I agree about the sound for police/insurance but my main reason for wanting decent sound capture would be for when going on a spirited drive and hearing that v6 growl which is the main reason to go for a spirited drive

very impressive for the money.

i've been looking over them recently as just a bit of added protection for all the numpty drivers as I enjoy my no claims bonus.

I really wanted front and rear so the £150-£200 ones I was looking at would be fairly expensive given it's use, but a pair of these things for less than 70 notes has got to be a bargain. Fit and forget and like the reviewer says, it could break in a month, but lets be fair at the price you can afford to run the risk.

May have found my xmas pressie to myself (from the wife's bank account of course)

For the money, the video looks really good quality, far better than the cheap Veho Muvi copy camera I used a couple of weeks ago in Lanzarote
