If there are no signs or lines they shouldn't of put the ticket on as the last warden I talked to about a car parking over my drop kerb told me they can only ticket where there are lines and signs

Default This cannot be Lawful..

No Signs, no lines, no street lighting, no obstruction of any kind. This is not lawful and will not stand up to a full court hearing.
Tell them to **** Off....

Default And Furthermore..

The part of this track is not covered by Tarmac and is very likely unadopted by the Council, my partner works in legal and is of the opinion that this is not lawful, any signage on a restricted zone must be clearly posted. there's nothing here and no case to answer.
I'd suggest you give this to the national papers...

There HAS to be signage or yellow lines to make the ticket legal , they just can't ticket anywhere, did they take pictures of the offence showing signs / lines etc. What was the description of the offence , have you paid the fine? if not , time to go past the appeals process and get some proper legal advice
