Vaping.
Well, in our bid to stop smoking we are now 'vaping'. We're still smoking but we're not. The coughs have stopped and we can run upstairs no problem now (if we didn't have a bungalow) Trouble is, it's so much cheaper we need a new incentive to give up! I think the e-cigs are more addictive than a 75.....nah

Which brand are you using? I tried Liberro and stopped for a good 3 Months, but the Batteries kept going and cost a fair bit to replace - I went through 2 Batteries in one Month alone I have had Skycigs and Viking recommended to me, but not sure which way to go now Want to get back off the Evil Bacca

I like flavour vapor but my supplier isn't selling them anymore. Now supplying Celtic vapors. It is too early to say whether I like the new brand coz I have had a cold. Cannot smoke it very well with a cold. I am using a Kangertec protank. Much better than the little atomizers. (CE5??) The battery I am using has been fine for the last 5 months.

I use Vapestick some of the time, was recommended to me by a colleague last year, kits and spares are available from Tesco pharmacy which helps, you get Tesco club points unlike cigs.

Had the e-cig a week and it hasn't needed a charge yet but it is almost double he size of an AA battery, and you can switch it off when not in use. It's called an EGO-T. The liquid is called 'Desert Ship' which is probably a blend of camels hoof and Pharaohs socks! It tastes quite pleasant and has a slight caramel aroma. Just feel a bit naughty getting out the dropper and sucking up the liquid to squeeze into the cig, feels like it's illegal. Anyway, it keeps us on an even keel and I guess it's free from most of the nasty stuff in proper cigs. If we don't quit I suppose this is a cheaper way to kill ourselves.

The only thing I have found is a lot of the flavours are not as they are meant to be. I think strawberry is my favourite. I know what you mean. It does feel and look illegal!

I tried one for a couple of days and it gave me intense headaches. I really want to give up the cigs and thought it would be a step in the right direction.

Just a thought but could that just be the lack of real fags? I think I remember reading that there is an adjustment period? Failing that there are two types of vape liquid, one is vegetable based, the other I can't remember what it is based on.
