Cheers for this, my bonnet has fallen down several times in the lightest of breezes of late.

The reason that I have put off ordering new ones so far is the fear of cheap foreign junk arriving through the post like so many of the parts supplied these days, so good to get a recommendation.

Just ordered two.

Do they do replacement struts for the opening hatch of the tourer?

Kind regards,

Struts arrived inside 24 hours seem to be of sturdy quality and just took 5 minutes to change. Stevie Arctic will be proud of me, I'll be up to changing fuses and refilling the windscreen washer tank before long at this rate.

Bonnet seems easier to lift and a bit more resistance coming down to hopefully negate the chances of an unplanned bonnet downing.

Well done. I must confess to having a little imaginary celebratory dance when I changed mine over without mishap . It's the little victories that matter .
