Thought I was the first this morning .

Which seemed a bit odd. No one up and about at 9am

Then realised I was in the wrong thread

Doesn't bode well for anything I'm up to today

Clear, bright, sunny and frosty here.

Due to be a nice day.

Have a good one everyone and take care.

Morning all pea soup here at the moment, I can just about make out a glowing orb in the sky that will hopefully burn it off.

A cloudless frost free start to the day here.. Doors and windows have already been opened to let the sun shine in.. Coffee and toasted bacon sarnies now before settling down for the footy at midday..

All pretty much back to normal now, thanks for asking.

The only slightly worrying thing is that the hospital are not doing any sort of follow up investigations. I guess they don't want any more folks in there than absolutely necessary ATM.

Fingers crossed it was a one off.

Babysitting again next weekend so I'll have a chance to see what difference Brian's new ECU plus a new set of Viton O rings on the inter-cooler makes on the journey.

Good Luck with the car washing.

Take care mate.

I don't have to do anything with them Rich. The simple act of getting dressed in the morning triggers the nagging pain (now in both wrists) that doesn't go away all day I'm the main chef/cook in the house, suspect dinner is going to involve peeling spuds, not looking forward to the consequences of that.

Spring must be here! I've been watching a blackbird make a nest in the laurel tree & I've just mown the front lawns albeit with the flymow as the ground is still too sodden for the petrol mower.
I got a gallon of petrol yesterday for the mower and it's the first time I've bought petrol since last November Blimey! It's gone up 10p/litre since then

Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Don't have grass here and don't miss it! Neighbour at the old place had his grass manicured like a bowling green . . . . to me cutting the grass was nothing more than a chore, hated it!

Trying to build the enthusiasm to get a bit of shopping, need bread, butter, milk, baccy, doggy dins. Not sure about dinner, my other half is really suffering the side effects of the 2nd jab including feeling unwell and nausea. She was told the side effects of the 2nd jab might be worse, that was an understatement.
