While we are very happy to accommodate clubs in designated groups and make space for gazebos, signs etc., we would need you to register in advance please as there is obviously a limit on the available space. With regard to club groupings it would be advisable to register as early as possible so that we can plan a suitable space.
We do hope to see you there...some more information is now on the website and the registration forms can be downloaded.

Over to you guys
Thanks for the info Andrew but with only 4 members + myself listed I don't think this one will happen as a club meet.
Cheers Ian

Hi Folks
With apologies to those who have their name on the list for this event..I have decided that with so little interest I'm going to give this one a miss..
The Weymouth weekender will still go ahead as will the Lulworth meet but I have nothing planned after these events
I may try to have another meet later in the year if there is enough interest.
Cheers Ian

Hi Stu
As we have discussed in the past interest in meets is low,I have attempted to make contact with Mark who is the RS for Wales with a view to holding a joint Wales/Somerset/Dorset meet somewhere around the Severn crossing later in the year..
Looking forward to seeing you soon are you going to Thruxton next week?
Cheers Ian

Understand you're dilemma, keep on trucking.
Not sure about Thruxton yet, all depends on weather.
I was there yesterday and it was great
