Might I suggest Sunday Sept. 9th.. ?? at 12 noon; unless I hear thats unsuitable. Summer, short as it's been is fast closing upon Autumn , hence this quick arangement. *Note my avatar was photo'd at ... yes Poole Park. Come on all who attended the last local meet, time for another few `jars' and some good food in pleasant company. Mike.
Hi Scrbbler

You can count me in for Sept 9th. at 12 noon.

We met last year at the same mini meet, I was then living at Baiter Park. I have now moved (still in Poole) and live right on the quay at Dolphin Quays.

I will watch this space for confirmation of date.

Cheers

trimani (Alf)

P. S. I can't recieve emails at present because something or someone has attacked my email account and Hotmail says 7-10 days to fix

Hi Trimani (Alf) sir And all members,
... Sunday 9th. Sept.at 12 noon IS CONIRMED. BH15 2SF.
Coffee or tea, in the park then dinner/lunch at wetherspoons and back to the park. I look forward to seeing all who are able to join us, obviously in these hard times I have taken costs very much into account and though not expensive Wetherspoons food is very good;
I've eaten there many times.
Ps: Yes James.uk I agree the management at Mezza >Luna was extremely poor andimpersonl. However under `Sevens' new management it's far better. *Couldn't be worse hahaha. Mike.

Hi Scribbler

Thanks for your efforts to get this running.

All details fine with me, and I look forward to meeting everyone again.

Cheers

I've only just seen this thread. I live next to Poole park so would happily go although I'm up in Rutland on the 8th and returning the 9th. So if I'm back in time I'll stick my head in and say hello

Ellow Scribbler..

My face varies a lot, it only looks familiar if you've seen it few times, but apparently it looks very unfamiliar if you haven't seen it previously. It's best viewed from the back in the dark really...

I have trouble recognising it myself in the mornings via a mirror coz it's a lot older than I am innit. And I normally see it from the inside anyway. ..

Oddly enuff it used to look a lot younger a few years ago. But I was 40 feet nearer sea level then.
....
