Default Wife prefers the Bentley.

My wife prefers driving the Bentley in preference to my Rover 75.
She say's it reminds her of her old ford Capri.

Does that mean the Bentley has poor handling/braking like the Capri?!

In all seriousness, my step mum had a 2.8i special & it was fantastic, she never let me drive it though. I should imagine the Bentley would leave the Capri standing though.

I would also prefer driving your Bentley your wife has good taste.

Those curvy sleek windows and that long nose could easily be mistaken for a Capri, its just missing that bonnet bulge.

Don't like the colour much.

The Bentley that is, not your wife.

Can't say as my Capri ever reminded me of a Bentley.

And no power like the 1.3 Capri that I had, it looked the part ok, White with Black vinyl roof but crappy engine.

When we all had Minis back in the day, one mate of mine decided to go down the Capri route. He bought a Mk3 1.3L, what a shockingly poor car it was too, had a job keeping up with a Mini 850.
He soon saw the light and, a couple of months later, he rocked up in a 1275GT

Nice Bentley too, also not sure on colour but a fabulous car all the same. What with you and Parker, there could be a Bentley sub club within the 75/ZT club.

I just do understand this FAD of dark and drab shades on modern cars . Sorry I have no idea as to what model Bentlly that is but applaud the curves much .......................... MUCH better than a lot of the modern clone like boxes foisted upon the public.

Just how it does not have the dreadful angular lights to spoil the nice flowing lines .

I think your wife must know more than she is letting on... The new 2016 Ford Capri looks more like your Bentley than the Bentley itself.
