Two sonic booms over Leeds
Within the last 10 mins, Sounded like a couple of bombs had gone off. door and windows shook.
Looking on twitter seemingly a pair of Typhoons in a hurry to intercept something. It was loud I tell you

Same has happened twice over Derby in the last week.Single boom on each occasion.

RAF's QRA's are at Connigsby and Lossimouth I believe - you seem to be a distance from them both?
Either lost conatct with a civilian plane or those pesky Russians are at it again. |
