Can't help with the lazy actuator. I've had one on the O/S/R for years now so it takes 3 clicks on the fob to open all four doors. However I do appear to have sorted the freezing mechanism issue with white lithium grease.

You can buy some lock antifreeze from motor factors or Halfords,spray into the key slot,then remove door card and spray over lock mechanism and on the outside on the latch itself. Its not 100% effective, depends on the level of frost. The only other thing you can do is get a kettle of hot water or a hairdryer and warm the area, sometimes it takes a couple of kettles full to release it.

Spray silicone into the lock, and on all the door rubber seals, it helps the doors from sticking in really cold weather, only solution for a lazy actuator is to replace it.
