Evening all, It's been a miserable dark cold rainy afternoon. Light tea tonight We tried some Frozen Aldi yellowfin tuna steaks which I made a marinade of fresh lemon juice,garlic paste, olive oil & thyme and left for twenty minutes before frying.
Pretty good if I say so myself
