Our bank were on the ball yesterday & stopped a £48 payment going out of her account & rang us, It turned out it was payment to a dating agency called plentyofsocks and had nowt to do with her.

We've been trying to backtrack her debit card transactions to see if there is anything obvious
She's got to wait for a new debit card & pin number now

I find that banks are now pretty quick at stopping fraudulent transactions. My bank stopped Amazon from taking two small amounts out for mobile phone memory storage. That’s the 2nd time Amazon have tried to take money from my account. And I do not shop at Amazon anymore. Now have yet another new debit card.

Afternoon/evening all, been a freezing cold day today. I went to Edinburgh with Brian to Graham’s dad’s funeral today, left Brian’s at 8 am and arrived iat the crem just after 10, it was blowing a gale and really cold when we got there. It was nice being in ZT/75 again, having not been in one since October 2017. Brian and I were the only club members in attendance so pleased we went. Funny story to tell about the car wash near the crem but another day will be appropriate for that, not today. Got back to Brian’s about 2 and stopped for a quick coffee before coming home and doing some alterations to the van interior. Still bladdy freezing outside, wind has increased in strength again. In fact it’s so cold, HEY ROD, I have the heating AND the fire on .!

Many thanks to you and Brian for attending, and supporting Graham on this sad day.

Least we could do Bob, he hadn’t put it in the local press,as he didn’t feel up to it, so only the Facebook friends, neighbours and family knew. Other than the family, there were only a dozen or so including me and Brian.

Evening all, It turned out really nice & mild this afternoon so I decided the greenhouse glass needed a clean as it had turned green over Winter

I put a good glug of bleach in the soapy water only to spill some on my new joggers

Corned beef hash & green beans in garlic butter for tea followed by three custard filled doughnuts I was called a greedy get for that lol.
