Had no reply to my 2 Zapal tickets i raised about the order status.

But as soon as I raised a Paypal dispute it was answered within a few hours .

With no explanation other than its a busy season and they are supposedly issuing a refund ?.

We will see !!

Best to avoid this mob ..

Thumbs up

Had a package arrive today.

Not the trim clips all trace of which has been removed from my zapals account, the package contains the heat shrink which I ordered from zapals at the same time. I've gone blue with shock, I was expecting nothing after reading so many tales of woe on the net. So there might be a glimmer of hope that the trim clips might also arrive and I will give zapals the benefit of the doubt for now and hold fire with any chargeback.

Anybody caught sight of one of these mythical bags of trim clips yet?

Sorry fellas, but it looks like I backed the wrong horse with this one. I doubt anything will turn up now, 13th Feb will be the 30 business days.

May as well file a PP claim and go buy the clips on ebay I guest.

Not your fault, Wes. It was potentially a very good deal, and not like it was an expensive item.

Me too.

So we've ended up paying to be on their mailing list. I'll pursue a refund as well and keep Zapals on my blocked list so that I don't get tempted with anything

Has anyone received the trim clips yet? I messaged zapals 21 Jan that my order had disappeared from my account with them and I received what was probably an automated reply stating in effect that it would be investigated. But since then I have heard nothing, absolutely zilch. As I posted earlier my heat-shrink order with them of the same time as the trim clips arrived ok but as some have now apparently given up on their trim-clip orders I've followed suit and just submitted a claim via Paypal.

I have some time ago had an item with another asian seller turn up after ETA and subsequent completion of chargeback proceedings and I did repay the seller then. I will do so again if these trim clips happen to turn up but the extra concern for me in this case is the disappearance of the order and the lack of comms.
