Fbh air fan

Fbh has stopped working so did a bit of investigating, when turned on with remote start the water pump runs and the air fan does not, even with 12v directly to the air fan plug it does nothing,

Is this a serviceable or replaceable item or am I best of looking for another unit, which is typical as I sold one a couple weeks back
