I flushed the cooling system dawn, wanted to get rid of the horrible pink OAT, all done, lots of muck removed from the matrix and topped up with blue anti freeze.
Time to start the engine and ensure no airlocks... Started up, ran for 3 mins then died! No fault codes showing

Took both pipes off, filled with descaler, then gave it a good flush using a hosepipe for 10 minutes. This is what came out!

What I did with my Rover 75/MG ZT today?
Well done John, I used the same stuff before I dropped the coolant out, and as you said, a good 15 mile run at operating temperature beforehand.

Dropped Bones off at Eurofit to give it the once over - apparent air leak in the servo.
Edit - false alarm, It's an abs sensor that's faulty.

Easier to fix than a servo fault

Quick one for me today.
Rodded scuttle drains, one near pollen filter was blocked. Put a can of normfest Aircon cleaner through the heater. Had to order a new pollen filter as it's soaked at the bottom. Fit that in the next few days when it comes...
