Or has anyone noticed a thread going missing overnight?

Dawn's thread on engine issue?

Yeah it's gone maybe as it's been resolved?

Just checked other posts from dawn and yeah it appears to have gone.

Even if it has been resolved and the op has requested for it to be removed, surely it should stay to give people an idea of who they are dealing with, granted she got refunded in the end but it was a long drawn out battle that should never of happened in the first place, just seems a lot of things get brushed under the rug around here

Hi guys it was late when it got sorted and Tom stipulated thread removal for me to get my money. I am at work but will post something explaining what was sorted and what Andy has planned now etc. Thank you all very much for your support.

Stalinist/Orwellian history re-writing! Is that how low we can go?

I don't like this one bit!

So Tom requested the thread removal, all we need is someone else to make a thread, it's only slanderous if it isn't true.

Maybe we need an 'approved' list of suppliers and traders

Instead of admitting wrongdoing, apologising and reassuring customers that this won't happen again and learning from mistakes, like most businesses would, Tom's decided to go for the cover up route.
