Default Lower suspension arm choice?

Hi,

Had some rattle and slight judder on pulling away and while driving from the offside front suspension so took to my local garage and both Lower arm and bush’s need replacing and one drop link, I had the other drop link done for the last MOT.

I’ve seen on DGMRS for £180 for a set but not sure of the brand, garage recommend TRW but they are showing up on euro car parts at £170 each so double and doesn’t include the bushes I don’t think.

Can anyone recommend which way to go and if it’s worth spending the extra on the TRW ones or if the Set DMGRS has is ok? It’s quite a big difference in price.

Many thanks

Jonathan

Strange that BOTH lower arms and BOTH bushes need replacing? The rattling is probably the drop link. It could well be that the rear bushes are worn. I would be looking for a second opinion before parting with my cash.

I get my drop links from unipart, they also do the lower arms at £80 a piece and the bushes all top quality, can even get decent priced discs and pads while your there
