Exclamation Strange noise from front

Can anyone please tell me what may be the problem with my car is,
when I drive over bumps there is a squeaking noise,and also when I turn the steering wheel as well,
My car is a 03 plate 75 Tourer V6,
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction for how to sort or what the problem is

Possibly top suspension bearing on the strut. A squirt of spray lube/grease into the top may sort the squeak temporarily to identify it. Spring bases can also squeal on the baseplate. Similar treatment may identify. Also anti roll bar bushes can squeak when worn.

I would suspect the bottom balljoint, have a look under the gaiter.

I had a lot of squeaking / noise from front suspension. I had the front suspension arms and bushes changed and noise disappeared.

Yep had the same problem. Injected some silicone grease into it and the noise disappeared, checked it for play and found some so replaced the arm.

Thanks for all your replies, will get under the car later and have a look around, it sounds like what most of you have said about the same problems so at least I have an idea of what to look for,
