You tormentor you - I'm on a very careful diet for the rest of the weekend - it's my annual blood etc. tests tomorrow for both diabetes and my "dicky ticker" - so I don't want to prejudice any of the readings and end up taking more pills

I know for a fact that I've put weight on since the same tests last year, so I'll be in for a lecture from the book of Body Mass Index when I get the results and see the 'experts' in a couple of weeks
