Does anyone repair or swop seats/parts

Does anyone repair or swop seats/parts?
I ask as I may want to farm this out.

The drivers heated seat is not heating but I am yet to test why.
I have practised taking the seat apart on a duff seat I purchased just for practising on. I have learnt a thing or two

The heating element is stuck on, on the corners to the foam so I doubt can be removed.
The middle of the leather seat is held in place by some clips, I don't know how these come apart or reattach. Can you advise?

If I change the heating element using "genuine" do I just stick it on top of the old one?
