A good write up which I appologise I only skim read. I didn't see any mention of inspecting the rear upper radius arms? If you haven't, take 5 minutes to have a prod, just around and inboard of the spring seats.

You are doing this outside, my god your a better man then me. I would want to be inside for that amount of work.
Nice to see people so keen on their cars, I've not got the confidence to remove a head.
