missing parcel from DMGRS
Do we have a contact number for DMGRS. I have a missing parcel that should have been delivered last week and its still not turned up!

He doesnt have a phone number for customers which is odd but he'd probably spend his days being asked for advice rather than trading so I understand it. Send him an email, a dm on here and hit him up on facebook. He'll hear one of them. In fairness, he's really good and sorting you out wont be a problem.

I was once the membership secretary for the Triumph Sports Six Club and having a published contact number was a real pain.
Phone calls up to midnight were not uncommon, but they were mainly technical queries and nothing to do with membership. So I can understand Matt not wanting a contact number as he will spend longer on the phone than shipping goods. |
