My first was a Triumph Renown, razor edge saloon. Still hidden somewhere in the countryside. Number plate worth a few grand but leaving it in my will.All wood wheel arches like the minor, but hidden from view. Aluminium body parts, but not everything. Lovely to drive even with the roll of the body.

My Triumph TR7 Drophead - one of the very last made - bought new in August 1981 a year after it was built! Later sympathetically converted to TR8 spec but never quite realised it's full potential. Currently laid up in my garage awaiting the restoration that I'm probably never now going to manage - anyone fancy a project?
