Whats the maximum you would pay for a fully sorted 75 tourer

Whats the maximum you would pay for a fully sorted 75 tourer, am I mad to consider paying £2000 for a MK1 Diesel 2003 with ovehauled rebushed and waxoiled suspension, 4 new springs, a new clutch, re gassed aircon, polished headlights ? top spec @ 96000 miles, runs like a new car , I always preffered the MK1 whadoyafink ?????
