Default Insurance

Hi, I'm looking to get my first 75 insured.
Can anyone suggest a good company?
My current Company wants £1800 for a 2002 conny cdt.

It's worth trying a website like confused.com first to see how much cheaper you can get it than your current company. After that you can ring up insurance brokers (I'm sure someone will come along and recommend some) and get them to beat your) that price.

Jeez that's steep for a 75 Diesel - I went with Adrian Flux this year - fully comp and with a 1.8 turbo with a 200 bhp remap - £390.

Insurance very much depends on circumstances , driving history , claims, post code etc , without the full facts we can't really comment on renewal price

Tell them to pull their head out of their A,,se its not made out of gold.
My 18 year old 75 is £425 with full European breakdown as it spends a lot of the year in France.

Just had my renewal notice from Direct Line for my 04 diesel it's gone up from £197 to £202 this year. Mind you I do live in gloucestershire and am a fairly old get.
I did check the comparison sites but they were not as good. So decided to renew with them.

I managed to get it down to £775 with go compare. Adrian Flux wanted 1800 and I've been with them for 2 years.
A massive reduction. I'm very happy 😊.

A Plan Insurance have branches all over the UK. They’ve been very good to me for a number of years, including multi vehicle policies.
Comparison sites are always good too. Being a bit mature too means all 4 cars are under £200 each to insure.
