I was just setting out to visit Jules today to pick up an intercooler hose, and my nSF spring snapped also as I reversed up the drive.

Not to worry, parked up again and jumped in the other car. Arrived at Jules to find he also carries a stock of springs.

Job is now half finished. Strut off, spring changed, and now sitting in the kitchen witha fresh coat of paint on the strut and drop link. Will put it all back tomorrow.

Maybe worth going for a pair to hopefully last a reasonable time together. At the price here not worth panicking about !

You could of cause just go for the spring it's self then add the discount code FROSTY80

I've just bought a pair to keep as spares for £13.20 from ECP. Can't say no at that price.

I used the Sachs ones from Eurocarparts before on my old 75 and they seemed fine.
For £13.20 for a pair I too have just ordered a pair to put in the shed.
Thanks Steve and Merry Christmas to all.

I started to tidy up my shed junk earlier in the year last January, somehow I have just added to it instead as I already have springs in a box as well.

Are the springs you are all talking about for a diesel ?
The links Arctic provided are not working for me , and when I go direct to the site and quote my petrol car , the prices are in the £50-80 range !

Bought three front spring from ECP last night for my 2.5 V6, price including delivery to Sweden £28.25 ! part no. 627750291

Why three you might ask, a mistake, somehow I noticed there was only 1 in the basket so I corrected it to two, that and the earlier one made three. It was late !

Regards
