Looks like a prototype car, a welded expansion tank and a fly-by-wire throttle body. Perhaps someone like Mark at K-Maps may know about the car...

Two actually lol. Not a fan of white cars, especially larger ones - 80s traffic branch car? Although to be fair, the mk2 zt carries it well.
