Passenger side power fold mirror

Can you still get this new or does anyone have a good one spare, ideally that has had the worm gear replace or knows someone that can replace worm gears near Cambridge. the wing mirror musst be spotless wwith no scratches on the side please. If you have one and are going to Gaydon tomorrow even better as I will be thier in my Poly 220 coupe.
