Just a quick one, a huge thanks to Mike and Julie (Mr and Mrs Noc) for their kindness and hospitably over the weekend , and to Ian for his organising this meet in such an interesting place

A fine time was had on the social side, and note to oneself leave T4 at home for the next time, and simply enjoy a bit of relaxing

Nice to put a few more names to faces, and to meet up with old friends

The spicy one surprised me with a return of 46 MPG for the 690 mile round trip, and hopefully by the time the next meet comes around, I will have managed to polish the marks out of the sides...........one of the benefits of washing the salt off with Vim and a Brillo pad I suppose

Here is to the next one

Our pleasure Bri - you are more than welcome.

Great weekend, enjoyed meeting up with everyone and I learnt a bit more about our cars.

A big thanks to Peter for the bottles of cold refreshment - something I should have thought of, and will do next time.

No doubt Derek was looking down. He sent us the Best Weather possible. I bet he was smiling from ear to ear to see Lillian accepting the Windrush Trophy.

Arrived home after an overnight stop in Preston. 898 miles with one issue, brake pad warning light. Well worth the long drive and looking forward to National 2 in August
