Default Going to a concert.

My daughter phoned to tell me she'd got some tickets for a concert, it's for a band called `Boy and Bear` they're on in Manchester in Feb so it was a nice surprise. I got to hear about them a couple of years ago and like their stuff, if you look on youtube and listen to them you might agree, I love ` Southern Sun` and `Arrow Flight` to name two. It looks like I'll have a great night.
I asked why she'd got tickets, and she said it was because I play their music in the car, it had got her hooked.

Excellent, hope you have a great evening, trying to look past the array of mobile phones, cameras and other "selfish" devices; seriously though, enjoy it.

I'm looking at a gig but it's not til the back end of May! Pendragon playing in Glasgow. There are still dates to be added to the tour so there may be one closer to me.

I saw Status Quo every year from 1988 until 2012,. The last gig was at The Sage concert venue in Gateshead. I have to say I didn't enjoy it as much as previous years, the armosphere just wasn't there, that place is more suited to classical and jazz concerts, not rockn roll bands.
Hope to go and see them next year though.

I saw Status Quo supporting Queen at Knebworth Park August 1986.

Was the last live concert Queen performed with Freddie, I was 16 years young at the time
