Default The Vulcan, some alternative views.

I found myself at the East midlands Airport aeropark this afternoon to see Vulcan XH558 make a surprise return visit following yesterdays disappointment when it was not allowed to overfly the runway.Whilst there I took some pic's of the aeroparks own Static diplay Vulcan including the cockpit and it's enourmous bomb bay.

This way please

XM597 isn't that far away from me at the Museum Of Flight at East Fortune but its a static display with no access to it.

The bomb bay was large enough to take a Blue Steel Missille!

Super program. The aviation museum next to Coventry. Airport has a Vulcan and you can enter the cockpit for a gander .Lots of other great aircraft also on display.

Well worth a visit if you are in the area
