Default Man buys a computer...

A man gets home after buying a new, all singing, all dancing top-of-the-range computer with all the latest technologies and all that.

He carefully unwraps the items and plugs everything together. Finally, the moment comes when he swithes on his new computer.

It runs through it's initial start up and asks him various questions like his name and location, etc. Finally, the computer asks him "Would you like to secure this computer by setting up a password?"

The man thinks carefully, afterall - he's spent his hard earned cash on this. He decides to protect his investment and selects "Yes"

The computer asks "Please enter a password"

The man sits and thinks. Pondering....

... Sniggering, the man enters the word "willy".

The computer spits back the response "Sorry - You're password is too short".

Nope.
It should read "your password is too short".

Neil, and you an educated person

All spelling and grammar will be inspected by the "spelling and grammar police", perpetrators of errors and omissions will be severely dealt with. Mr Kandyman has been issued with a very large baton with which to orchestrate punishment.

You are our first victim, now step up and take it like a girl.

Neil,

If you have a few moments run a spelling check of GG's 1000 posts (not spam). you may just find that it is GG who should be stepping up....................

Unless he's been and corrected them all

That's all very well but substituting the full stop at the end of a sentence with the "wink" emoticon is simply asking for trouble. We really could do with adding a comma after "moments", not to mention the use of "of" between "check" and "GG's", more correctly should be "on"
Now don't do it again otherwise it'll be the Kandy baton for you my lad.

Quickly rushes off to check all 1020 posts for spelling and grammar errors.

For affording me the opportunity to post yet more spam. I thank you.

I can see myself be in big trouble if I make a mistake now.

Talk about rods and backs

Oh excellent

I REALLY don't want to know about Mr Kandyman or his large baton, or how he proposes to orchestrate punishment I suppose he would start with the French Horn players....no stop this straight away before John wakes up and takes it over.

Seriously I think that the humour and fun here has a lot to do with the committment and dedication of all the team and the encouragement of the mods, so well done all of you.
