the background of the link I posted previously looks very like the one with the damage. But I cannot find it on the forum.

That's why mine is silver! No other option at the time available. No regrets though. When you're driving it, the colour becomes less relevant and the steady push in the back addictive. Under stressed V8 is reliable as is the well engineered manual transmission in the MG version. Don't know how good the automatic is, but it's nice to see prices on the up! Mine has no scuttle shake after 15 years from new, just the usual troubles with water leaks/petrol pump clip and eating rear tyres with spirited driving. When you see the prices for some of the modern stuff, I think I'll stick with what I've got and look after it.

If it is not the same place, it is a very similar background, as well as that, the wall beside/behind the garage looks fresh. If it has been repaired correctly (except for the grille, which is understandable) it is ok money. I dont think the damage was that bad but imagine it would have been written off, bought back and repaired. 8k would be a hefty profit from any buy back price I would imagine. Fair play to the seller if they get it sold though. If it is the same one, it is this wall Sent from my SM-A600FN using Tapatalk

The advert on Exchange and Mart shows it with the old plate, parked right outside where the accident happened - the first pic clearly shows the wall with the new brickwork !!!

That's interesting.....only a couple of days since I posted the link above and now the advert has been removed....
It's almost as if the seller is watching this forum ? If you are, then at least be a gentleman and state that the V8 is a right-off in your advert (PS - V8 75's are so rare, it's the new brickwork that confirms it )
